The complex bouquet presents marine notes with hints of thyme and rosemary. Its richness is further intensified by nuances of incense and by a soft toasted note. Fine and dense bubbles explode in the mouth, expanding in pleasant notes which remind of a flowery field, worthy to the best honey, accompanied by hints of acacia. The aftertaste continues with a precise and persistent acidity, which causes mouth-watering and calls for another sip. The ideal tasting and meditation wine. It is a perfect match even with important antipasti, combining its complexity to the richness of the dishes.
